Apply Tricovit Shampoo evenly to damp hair and massage until lather. Rinse and repeat, leaving on for as long as possible. Rinse thoroughly. Apply Tricovit Conditioner after use of Tricovit Shampoo applying evenly to damp hair. Leave on for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Can be used daily.
